Ashley and Carter East operate DaH out of their commercial kitchen near the Downtown Mall. They share a passion for local food and interesting cuisine from around the world. With 20+ years of catering experience, they bring the expertise required to execute events from the casual to the elegant.
Ashley started DaH twelve years ago as a personal chef, but shortly thereafter branched out into catering as the demand for her services increased. Now, catering represents nearly all of DaH's business.
Ashley's training comes from working under some of the finest chefs in Charlottesville, at some the best restaurants in area, such as The Clifton Inn and The Ivy Inn. She furthered her skills at the Cookery at the Grange in Somerset, England.
